The vertical single cone vacuum dryer is an efficient and multifunctional fully enclosed vertical vacuum drying equipment that integrates drying, crushing, vacuum distillation, and powder mixing. Its drying efficiency is 3-5 times that of the same specification "double cone rotary vacuum dryer".
Working principle
The material enters the cone from the upper feeding port, and through the rotation of the screw belt, the material forms an axial flow cycle in the container. The surrounding material flows upward while the central material flows downward, thereby generating strong convection, shear, mixing and diffusion, and continuously circulating, forming a three-dimensional spatial motion in all directions.
The conical jacket, conical head, spiral spindle, and spiral belt are all supplied with thermal energy (hot water, steam, thermal oil), and the material is fully in contact with these components to enter the heat transfer and drying process.
The material is in a high vacuum state, and the water or solvent on the surface of the material reaches saturation and evaporates. It is promptly discharged by a vacuum pump, and the material achieves the drying purpose in a short period of time.

1. Strong applicability: Combined with our company's special drying process, it can adapt to the drying of materials with high viscosity, poor thermal penetration, easy rolling and clumping.

High drying efficiency: The effective heat transfer area is large, which is 1.4 times the container area; The material rises in a spiral shape inside the device, then descends in a vortex shape along the main axis, and is uniformly and effectively heated during dispersed motion; The combination of high vacuum at the machine head and high-speed airflow at the same temperature and direction at the machine bottom efficiently removes the solvent of the material; Double pass through the vacuum tube mouth to prevent vacuum blockage, reduce resistance, and increase pumping rate.
4. No damage to material crystal structure: Materials with high thermal sensitivity and crystal structure requirements will not be damaged.
5. The entire drying process is sealed and filled with nitrogen for production, with no crossing or personnel, high cleanliness, and high safety level.
The gap between the mixer and the container wall is small, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the surface of the container wall.
